Beth Marsden is Corporate Lawyer for IAG.  She qualified into the corporate team at Clifford Chance LLP in 2009 where she advised on a broad range of private and public M&A. Beth moved to IAG in 2013. Since joining IAG, Beth has advised on projects including the corporate restructuring of Avios, the acquisition of Aer Lingus and the proposed joint business between IAG and LATAM. She recently completed a secondment to the legal team at Aer Lingus.
