Chris joined Kemp IT Law in September 2019 as our first corporate lawyer.

Chris trained at Clifford Chance, qualifying into their London M&A team in 2017. Chris has experience advising on a range of corporate law matters. He has worked on deals for technology and data-rich companies including Informa (acquisition of UBM, 2018) and Inmarsat (offer by a PE consortium, 2019).

Chris graduated from the University of Oxford with first class honours in English. After his Master’s degree at Oxford, he taught English for two years on the Teach First programme.

Chris is studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in TMT law at Queen Mary University of London.
