Elise Perraud graduated from ESCP Europe and is a CFA Charterholder. She started her career with Goldman Sachs (GS) in 2004 and held various roles within the GS Credit Risk Management and Advisory division, advising investment banking clients on credit rating matters and managing counterparty risk for GS.

She transferred to Rothesay Life (UK specialist life insurer and spin-off from GS) as the Chief Credit Officer in December 2013, where she established the risk governance and the credit and operational risk frameworks. Elise joined NEDonBoard in January 2018 as the Chief Operations Officer. In addition to her role with NEDonBoard, she provides risk and assurance consultancy advice and guidance to financial services clients.
