We all have ambitions regarding the type of work we do, the organisations we work for and the roles we would like to take on. In this session, we consider how you can give yourself the best chance of achieving those ambitions by focusing on areas such as skills and behaviours, knowledge, career planning, career transitions, networks, mentors, resilience and balance. We will also explore management and leadership.
