Mark Lewis biography

Mark Lewis is a partner in the Technology & Commercial practice of international law firm, Brian Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.  He was head of legacy firm BLP’s Technology & Commercial practice from 2010-2018.  Mark has specialised in IT and outsourcing representation for over 33 years.  Apart from legal private practice, Mark served as a senior lawyer in the UK government and was Non-Executive Chairman of one of Europe’s leading sourcing consultancies, Morgan Chambers Plc (now absorbed within KPMG).  He represents both service providers and customers in IT, IT-enabled services and outsourcing transactions.  Mark has worked on some of the biggest ITO and BPO deals globally, many in the regulated financial services and critical infrastructure sectors.  He is currently engaged in cloud, digitisation, AI and RPA projects.
