Nick’s in-house experience, including at a leading global professional services firm, enables him to provide clients with pragmatic and solution-focused advice. He has a broad range of experience that touches on commercial, telecoms, copyright, and competition issues, and particularly enjoys helping clients navigate the challenges that arise when working at the intersection of law, technology, and commerce. He also contributes regularly to the firm’s Pro Bono practice.
Nick has authored a chapter of the IAPP’s European Data Protection: Law and Practice relating to Internet Technology and Communications.
