Richard leads DLA Piper’s Public Sector practice in the UK and is responsible for the overall strategy and coordination of its different practice groups in their delivery of legal services to central and local government. Richard is chair of the DLA Piper Brexit Committee, which coordinates the firm’s approach to the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.
