Sarah is an associate and environmental law specialist at Burges Salmon. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious environmental matters. Sarah regularly represents clients who are being investigated and face enforcement action from the Environment Agency.

She also advises on environmental issues arising in corporate and real estate transactions. Key areas of Sarah’s practice include: advising on product stewardship issues such as the REACH chemicals regime; environmental due diligence; criminal defence work and environmental civil claims.
