Tom McEvoy biography

I advise on both employment and immigration law. I qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP and then undertaking a training contract at Lewis Silkin. I graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Law.

Employment

I support both employers and employees from various sectors on a range of employment issues. I can help with all contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including terminations, contracts, discrimination, pay, performance management and grievances.

Immigration

I advise employers and individuals on immigration issues, including all aspects of the Points Based System (including sponsor licences and compliance) and individual applications (such as for visas, settled status and citizenship).

Sports

As a member of the firm’s Sports sector group, I work with some of the world’s leading clubs, players and sporting professionals. I advise on all employment and immigration issues in the world of sports, including player transfers, compliance and negotiations.
