Vicki Carr is a former solicitor. She joined Osborne Clarke’s tax team in September 1999, specialising in corporate tax. After a two-year secondment to HMRC working on the rewrite of part of the Taxes Act 1988 (which became the Income Tax (Trading and Other Income) Act 2005), she rejoined Osborne Clarke as their tax professional support lawyer in April 2005. Vicki is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Employment Taxes Forum. She joined Practical Law Tax in July 2007 and became deputy head of Tax in February 2018.
